For the first time XpectralTEK was able to go to SRAL – Stichting Restauratie Atelier Limburg to do a workshop on spectral imaging and the technology it has developed – XpeCAM platform. The 12 participants of the workshop held on the 21st of September had the opportunity to see XpeCAM X01 in action and understand why this technology is the perfect tool for any art conservator. SRAL is one of the main conservation studios in the Netherlands working for public collections within the province of Limburg as well as on a national and international level. Currently SRAL consists of four conservation departments, Paintings, Sculpture, Historic Interiors, and Modern Art, and is a recognised teaching institute.
